Today is National Macaroni and Cheese Day! 🙂 What a great day, huh. A day to celebrate all things Mac & Cheese, I love it! I don’t know a kid or adult who doesn’t love a bowl of creamy, cheesy Mac and Cheese. It’s comfort food at it’s finest.
I was super excited to create a macaroni and cheese dish for Wisconsin cheese. I combined my love of mozzarella cheese and Bruschetta (tomatoes, basil and garlic) and whipped up this wonderful, creamy mac and cheese. It was delicious! My kids gobbled it up in no time.
