Hey, friends! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Ours was wonderful and delish! I’m still trying to come out of my food coma. 😉 On Black Friday we put up our tree and decorations, instead of deal with all the holiday shopping crowds. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here now.
Because of all the heavy food and eating last week, I’m keeping this week’s menu a little healthier, but still indulging in a few goodies. I’ll be making two of our favorite salads. They are awesome, light and so good. Come see what else is on the menu…
