					<description><![CDATA[We love these taquitos! They are also a great make-ahead snack or lunch- follow directions exactly through spraying them with cooking spray. Then place the whole tray into the freezer to flash freeze. Once frozen, toss the taquitos in a ziplock bag to store in the freezer, and pull them out a few at a time as needed!
Also- if you accidentally end up with burrito size tortillas, just cut them in half! Put the chicken along the cut line and roll up!]]></description>
