Hi Julie! I have not tried freezing these yet, but if I did I would make them as directed but without the mustard sauce, and don&#039;t bake. Place rolls in a freezer safe bag removing as much air as possible. Freeze for up to one to two months. To thaw, place rolls in the fridge for up to one day. They need to thaw in the fridge because of the meat and cheese. (Don&#039;t thaw on the counter.) Once thawed, make mustard sauce and pour over the top then bake as directed. :)]]></description>
