I made these for dinner last night but used boneless thighs instead and they were great! I RECOMMEND additional sauce when you take them out of the oven. Other than that they’re great and the meat was so tender!

I’ve been seeing so many recipe blogs about foil BBQing lately. It’s one of my favorite ways to grill. It gives fruits and veggies that smokey flavor and steams them to perfection. This cooking style reminds me of the food at my favorite local BBQ spot!
