Cortney, I don’t think it adds a lot of sour cream taste, it’s mainly to add creaminess to the lasagna. Maybe you could substitute ricotta cheese, or even greek yogurt!?

My husband does NOT like sour cream.. Does it add a lot of ‘sour cream’ taste to the dish? Would it still taste as great without the sour cream?
