In reply to Jen K. The taco size flour tortillas are typically around 7 to 8 inches. The web may have been referring to corn tortillas that are smaller. :)

Can’t wait to make this. How many inches is a ‘taco-size’ tortilla. Web says, 4-5″, but then it wouldn’t span the 9×13 dish would it? Thanks in advance

Can I make the enchilada salsa before and just wait to pour it over until I bake it?

In reply to Car. Hi Car! I just wouldn't put any sauce inside the enchiladas if you're making them in advance. Just pour the sauce over the top of them before you bake them and they will still be amazing! :)

How do you add the enchilada salsa to the inside of the tortillas (before rolling them up) if you’re doing a make ahead option where your instruction says not to make the enchiladas salsa until you’re ready to bake and serve. Just looking for some clarification. Thanks
