We have a cool spell predicted for SoCal which will be a perfect time to try it. I’m kind of a Soup Snob, but this sounds so delicious. And no “crap”, just natural ingredients! I’ll let you know how it turns out. When I was recovering from cancer, Broccoli Cheese Soup was one of the few foods I could tolerate, so I’ve tried a lot of recipes. Wish I had had this one two years ago! Thank you so much.
