I used Italian diced tomatoes instead of crushed tomatoes and cottage cheese instead of ricotta, oh and I used all 3 cups of mozzarella cheese in the cheese mix by accident (oops). It still came out pretty darn tasty! Even my husband loved it. It was time consuming but it was worth it! 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!!
