This week on Menu Plan Monday, we’re bringing in the first tastes of fall with delicious weeknight meals and a sweet seasonal dessert!

Fall is my second favorite time of year, and my family and I love going all out when it comes to decorating our home for Halloween. Of course, that same festive spirit makes its way into the kitchen, too! So, let’s dive into this week’s delicious menu and start celebrating the flavors of the season!

Add my Crispy Onion Chicken to your dinner rotation this week! Ready in about 30 minutes, it gets its delicious flavor from French’s fried onions and creamy honey mustard. It’s restaurant-quality food, all from the comfort of your own kitchen. Serve it with fresh greens, mashed potatoes, or rice for an amazing meal.

Easy One-Pan Dumplings went viral on TikTok for months, and I will never stop raving about them. Not only is it a one-pan meal that keeps prep and cleanup a breeze, but the coconut red curry sauce is unbelievably delicious. Ready in 30 minutes, it’s the perfect comforting dinner everyone wants right now.

My Apple Crescent Dumplings are a must-try. Tender, sweet apple slices are wrapped in flaky, buttery crescent dough, making each bite warm and naturally sweet. Serve them for breakfast or as a sweet dessert at the end of the day.
