This Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta is an easy and delicious weeknight dinner! It is cheesy ranch heaven, and so simple to throw together. Whenever I’m looking for a quick and comforting meal to make, I usually turn to pasta. It’s always a pleaser. Especially, with the kiddos. This one had everyone begging for seconds!
We quickly loved all the flavors and comfort in this ranch chicken pasta dish. The ranch seasoning gives it just the right amount of flavor, and the cheddar cheese and bacon only added to it’s deliciousness! I served ours with some roasted broccoli so it wasn’t such a naughty dinner. 😉
Ever since I’ve made it, my kids ask for it all the time. That’s a mom-win to me!
Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta

looks great! what’s the serving size? is it enough for a family of four?
I’m making this for dinner tomorrow.
Wow, so much flavor with such a simple recipe – love it! My kiddos would love this, too. Pasta and bacon and cheese (and ranch) what’s not to like?
Anonymous- This would easily feed a family of four! I would say it serves 4-6 🙂
This looks great Holly. Pasta is my downfall as well. I just pinned it to pinterest 😉
Looks amazing, Holly! Great recipe, and must try! Thanks for sharing and have a lovely day!
As soon as I saw your yummy photo, I bookmarked this recipe to make this weekend!
it looks so delicious and fresh!
Looks very yummy! My kids would love this!
Looks yummy- but I would add some parsley, peas, maybe red peppers to get some veggies into it, color and nutrition for kids.
I have been eyeballing this recipe for at least a week. I finally got the chance to fix it last night. DELISH!!!! My husband loved it, and I am planning to have the leftovers today for lunch. YUM YUM!
Thanks for the recipe Holly!
I will be making this tonight but have a question and I’m hoping someone can answer me before tonight (it’s 11:30am now!)…..I plan on using a whole pound of penne instead of half….should I double everything else? I know logic dictates that I should but 4 cups of milk seems like a LOT. I make a Chicken Pesto Penne dish and it uses a whole pound of penne but only a 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream and it’s plenty to cover the pasta. Thoughts?
I made this last night and it was so yummy!!! Thanks for the great recipes! I hope you don’t mind if I share this on my blog, skinnyonadime.com 🙂
Can this be served with anglehair pasta
Yes, definitely! Just use the same amount.
I made this Tuesday night on a whim. I changed parts of this for what I had in the kitchen. Chicken for Pork, Cheddar to aged Asiago and flour for corn starch. Fiance really dislikes white cheese sauces, but he loved this dish! Thank you for the start up recipe 🙂 Will make again!
Regarding recipe Cheesy Chicken Ranch Pasta: How many people does this serve? If I double, do I double all the ingredients?
