I made this Tuesday night on a whim. I changed parts of this for what I had in the kitchen. Chicken for Pork, Cheddar to aged Asiago and flour for corn starch. Fiance really dislikes white cheese sauces, but he loved this dish! Thank you for the start up recipe 🙂 Will make again!

I will be making this tonight but have a question and I’m hoping someone can answer me before tonight (it’s 11:30am now!)…..I plan on using a whole pound of penne instead of half….should I double everything else? I know logic dictates that I should but 4 cups of milk seems like a LOT. I make a Chicken Pesto Penne dish and it uses a whole pound of penne but only a 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream and it’s plenty to cover the pasta. Thoughts?

I have been eyeballing this recipe for at least a week. I finally got the chance to fix it last night. DELISH!!!! My husband loved it, and I am planning to have the leftovers today for lunch. YUM YUM!

Looks yummy- but I would add some parsley, peas, maybe red peppers to get some veggies into it, color and nutrition for kids.
