Scalloped Potatoes Ham and Corn Bake is a meal all in one. You will love all the flavors and comfort this meal brings to everyone!
If this beautiful dish doesn’t sing to you then I don’t know what will. Scalloped Potatoes Ham and Corn Bake is a meal all in one, and one fine meal might I add.
The addition of ham and corn take ordinary scalloped potatoes to the next level! This delicious bake is so amazing and definitely a new family favorite at our house. 🙂
I love to make meals like this during the winter. Warm, cozy and totally comforting. When I served this amazing meal all I added was a green salad as a side dish. It was the perfect cozy Sunday dinner. Yum! 🙂

sounds great 🙂 Pinning!
To my luck I had everything to make this for supper tonight and it was a great success!
Wow does that look good. Perfect recipe for any holiday leftover ham!
Yum looks so good! Love you!
Made for dinner tonight and it was a hit!
I LOVE your blog! Every recipe I try is amazing! Thank you so much for helping out us busy moms! This recipe is wonderful. One of my favorites for sure!
This was quick, easy and delish! It’s earned a spot in my recipe roation, thanks!
Very good. I used Pepper Jack Cheese instead of the cheese listed to give it a little spice. Cooking time needs to be longer as some of the potatoes still a little crunch to them. Over all very good and will make it again.
Awesome recipes…..I can’t wait to try.
Do you think that you could make this ahead of time and freeze it?? We are expecting our first child in January, and I am planning on spending a weekend in December making meals that can be frozen! Any feedback would be wonderful! Thank you!
This looked and sounded soooo good! Unfortunately, none of us ended up really caring for it. I don’t think I did anything wrong, it was just one of those things 🙁
Made this tonight for dinner, but used a mix veg of gr beans, corn, and carrots. It is delicious!
I made this using chicken breast as we don’t eat pork. Added onion and broccoli and we loved it.
I made this with some leftover ham from Christmas . I followed your recipe exactly and it turned out great, like you I had a green salad to go with it and it was a perfect meal. The leftovers was great for the next day also. I make many of your recipes and all turn out great. Just wondering do you ever make anything that does not turn out good? Thanks for sharing all your great recipes.
