The whole family raved about how good it was. We usually order this when we go to Olive Garden but I must say this was more flavorful. Thank you for all the great recipes you post. The Chicken-Gnocchi Soup was really tasty and it was a healthy recipe, which I followed exactly and added chopped mushrooms. I suggest adding a cup of chicken broth the next day, as it thickens after being refrigerated. I’m looking forward to sharing some with my parents today, thanks, Holly! Karen
