5 stars!! This was delicious! It does not get simpler than this. I used Trader Joe’s frozen mashed potatoes; frozen steam fresh corn and the frozen Bare chicken that you recommended from Costco. Wonderful and easy recipe.

These are so fantastic. Definite staple in the house when we have sports games… use a bag of instant mashed potatoes, nuke a bag of corn, jar of gravy and the air fryer for nuggets… this couldn’t be any easier or more comforting!

In reply to Jean. Hi Jean! That is a great question. I haven't tried freezing these bowls because I don't think they would be as delicious as serving them fresh. I know that you can freeze mashed potatoes beautifully, so if I were to try it I would freeze the bowl with only the mashed potatoes and frozen chicken nuggets together. Don't cook the nuggets first, keep them frozen. Then reheat those two together in the microwave and add the other ingredients fresh before you eat it. :)
