Tonight I’m trying a variation on them, and they will be Chicken Cordon Bleu Pillows. I’ll let you know how they turn out. Finally got around to making them tonight! I didn’t have cream cheese so I used some Laughing Cow creamy swiss and made some gravy out of reduced chicken broth and flour. Hmm, maybe not quite as delicious as yours but still palatable with a side of rice and peas!
