I made these for dinner tonight and the the chicken is so flavorful with just the right amount of creaminess. I made up a fresh batch of ranch (using the Hidden Valley packet directions) to use in the recipe. My whole family loved them and asked that I make this regularly. Definitely a hit.

So I shared this recipe with so many of my friends, and they have all made it multiple times! It’s been a huge hit. In fact, I plan on including this chicken in on my taco bar for my son’s 2nd birthday in June. (I was the one that mentioned the taco bar far up in the comments.)

Made a “taco bar” on Saturday for friends, used typical taco ground beef, crockpot salsa verde carnitas and this RANCH CHICKEN. Everyone raved about it, and 2 of 3 have already made another batch since then! LOL. They loved it, and it was delicious. Something about how the ranch carmelizes on the chicken. Looking forward to making it again, a nice change from the ground beef recipe! THANKS!
