In reply to Skylar. I deal with picky eaters. you could also cook you the veggies whole in the soup then blend the veggies with broth and incorporate back into the soup. It works like a charm in my house and the picky eaters never know.

In reply to Jess. I made this recipe. but I think I'm going to add just a titch more butter and I dropped it down to two cups of Bisquick like all the other recipes I've read. the flavor is really good but they do not flatten out, mine were fluffy. but I will definitely be using the recipe again
