In reply to Sue. Yes, you can air fry these at 400 degrees F. For about 10 to 12 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.) Turn them halfway through the cooking time as well. :)

In reply to Jodi. I haven't tried this with lemon pie filling, so I'm not sure. If it's as thick as lemon pudding it could possibly work, but can't say for sure.

I made these today to see if it’s an entree my guests would enjoy for an event I have coming up. These were easy, quick, and really good! I took one slider to a friend to get her opinion and she said “it was so, so, so good! I agree. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

I’ve made this several times and find it to be great. The only thing I do different is double the recipe for the enchilada sauce; my family likes it saucy.

We love this recipe and gobble it up before the evening ends! However, baking it in advance and storing it in the refrigerator overnight was not nearly as good so next time will only bake this for same day enjoyment. Highly recommend!
