Thanks for this recipe, It’s a winner! Nothing like some nice, thick pork chops with stuffing and gravy. Add something green on the side and it’s a perfect meal for the family.

I made a version of this in the past and it was all together so the chicken dried out. THIS recipe will become a staple. I used chicken thighs and added carrots. I plan to do what another commenter and use up any produce on its last leg. I think I’ll try it as a sheet pan and keep things separate because I think my picky eaters will eat more that way. I also added a pinch of cayenne pepper; I love how customizable this recipe is.

My family loved this recipe. I added mixed vegetables and made my own cream of chicken. The canned cream of chicken has too much sodium. Will definitely be making this again. Great recipe. Thanks

I love this recipe. I added small pepperoni, it gave it a great taste. I it in 9 x 13 dish. My guest loved it and it all went. We have some guest that have big appetite. Lol Next time I will have to make a double batch.
