WHAT CHOCOLATE CHIPS SHOULD I USE?
For the classic cookie use chocolate chips. You can also try substituting white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or M&M’s!
HOW LONG DOES THE DIP LAST?
This dip should last up to 5 days if kept covered and refrigerated.
I’M OUT OF CREAM CHEESE, CAN I USE ANYTHING ELSE?
Try substituting mascarpone or ricotta cheese.

Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Place softened cream cheese, butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Using an electric hand-mixer, on medium high speed, blend until combined and creamy.Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Turn mixer to low speed. Blend until everything is well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately with anything you desire! We like to dip pretzels, cookies, vanilla wafers and strawberries in it.
