					<description><![CDATA[I made the recipe tonight and it is delicious! I used chicken breasts rather than thighs because I do not like dark meat. I cut the recipe in half because there are only two of us but I plan to freeze the leftovers in individual freezer bags so I will have a quick dinner whenever I need it.

I will serve it with white rice, asparagus and a salad.
