LOVE this! I made it with gluten free penne pasta instead and added fresh spinach. Topped it with some grated Parm and it was fantastic! Easy, fast and so delicious. I’m never going to make the time consuming version of lasagna again. TY for another outstanding recipe.

Hi Judy! I have never tried it in the crock pot, but I honestly think it could work! If I were to try it I would cook it on low heat and check it after 3 to 4 hours to see if it’s done (noodles are cooked through.) If you try it please let us know how it turned out 🙂

Terri, when I first made this and took the photos I used a cast iron skillet. It did make the noodles stick. After making it now multiple times I highly recommend a NONSTICK skillet. It works the best and the larger the better.

Yes I did, but you can still make this in a large non-stick skillet as well 🙂

Jillian, I honestly have never used the oven-ready noodles before (crazy, huh) but I would imagine they would work just fine. Let me know if you try it!
