Delicious! I’ve done this recipe different ways and it always comes out great! I’ve done it with ramen noodles and have also substituted with Tofu. I’ve added different vegetables and they all complement the sauce. I’ve also doubled the recipe and it came out perfect. Thank you for a delicious and easy recipe.

We only used 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and that worked for us, because we don’t like the very strong taste of sesame oil. We alsof used the juice of half a lime. The taste of this dish is absolutely lovely!
For me personally the Thai kitchen is the best in the world.

These noodles were easy and delicious. I definitely recommend adding the shredded chicken. The sauce is the key to this dish, it’s Asian flavored perfection. I’ve used both and it’s terrific either way. I’ve also used bagged organic broccoli slaw or sliced cabbage and that’s also just as delicious.

Loved your Thai noodles but I used Rice noodles instead. Made a double batch and it’s almost gone. I suspect the last of it will be eaten later tonight!

Thank gawd we doubled the recipe~!! Home care aide and i made this for brunch . . . Awesome~!!!
Be sure and add the sauce to noodles first, as instructed. Otherwise, noodles are quick to stick together and more difficult to integrate other ingredients.

Ths is absolutely the best asian noodle recipe out there…i double it and cook the coleslaw mix in the last minute of the noodles boiling. The ingredients are spot on and the sesame oil makes the sauce evenly coat the noodles.

Sorry I didn’t finish the last comment (hit a wrong button). Anyway when I found your recipe I made it immediately. It was fantastic and will make once a week from now on. I wanted to add that your basic recipe is perfect to get started with but I can easily see how people who make this agaIn can customize it to what they really like, in terms of quantities of ingredients, but the sauce is truly excellent and shouldn’t be messed with.
