Caramel Apple Poke Cake
A light and moist cake that tastes like caramel apples!
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) box white cake mix
  • (+ eggs, water and oil needed for cake mix)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups canned apple pie filling
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) container cool whip (or whipped cream)
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling
  1. Prepare the cake according to the directions on the box.
  2. Once the cake is cooled, use a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly throughout the cake.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, trying to fill up the holes.
  4. Chop the apples up (contained in the apple pie filling) into smaller pieces. Spread the chopped apple pie filling evenly over the cake.
  5. Top cake with cool whip or whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Serve each slice with drizzles of caramel sauce. Enjoy!
