Oven-Roasted Asparagus

  • 10 ounces¬†Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Rinse asparagus in cold water and then pat dry with paper towels. Stack the asparagus and cut about 1 inch off the thick ends.
  3. Lay asparagus out into a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil all over the asparagus, and then generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve immediately.
