French Dip Crescents are savory little beef sandwiches with melty cheese all wrapped up in warm and golden crescents. Dip them in au jus sauce for an incredible lunch or dinner!

French Dip Crescents are savory little beef sandwiches filled with roast beef and cheese inside golden crescent rolls.I fell in love when I first made these French Dip Crescents about 8 years ago. You all know me and my love of crescent dough. I use it all the time.

I also adore French Dips. They are one of my favorite sandwiches. The two combined, I knew would be spectacular. 🙂

These little French dips could not be any easier to make and would be perfect to serve for an easy lunch or dinner.

I do suggest doubling or tripling the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd, because these little babies will go fast!

  1. These sound/look delicious! I make something similar with pepperoni and string cheese, making mini calzones. Have you found a certain type of gravy mix to be your favorite?

  2. I found this on pinterest, and we’re making just a couple adptations. Tomorrow night is Dr. Pepper roast beef, so we’re making the crescents with leftover roast beef, and shredded mozzarella, instead of string cheese. I’m really excited to try it out! thanks for the ‘pin’spiration!

  3. We made these last evening for supper. Very yummy & super easy!..I picked up ingredients for your beef stroganoff and the sweet & sour chicken for suppers this week. I will be sure to let you know how they turned out. Thank you! 🙂

  4. I made these for a snack type dinner and they were awesome. I put a little line of Dijon mustard on mine before baking and they were sooo good.
