We love these lemon brownies so much that I have to double the recipe. They turn out amazing every time! I just have to bake for an extra 5 to 7 minutes. Delicious.

I have found that letting the eggs get to room tempEratUre and then beating them really well adds volume.

I made the lemon brownies once and they turned out phenomenally. My review is listed below. This time I made them with oranges instead of lemons just to see how they would turn out. The answer is wonderfully! Give them a shot!

I was looking for easy and lemony when I found these and decided to give it a go. These were some of the easiest and most delicious bars I have ever made! It’s a keeper recipe to look fancy when you are lacking time. I didn’t skimp on the ingredients though. Grass fed butter, organic lemons, and flour paid off in the end. Do yourself a favor and make a double batch so when you eat them all you can still share!!
