Yes, you can absolutely bake this in the oven. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees. 🙂

You can’t go wrong either way! When I do have fresh on hand that is what I use. But I’ve used dried minced onion many times and it’s still so good!
