					<description><![CDATA[I think homemade is great! Especially when it&#039;s so easy and they are common ingredients. Plus if you like or don&#039;t like certain spices you can learn to adjust to suit your family rather than just going with is available out of the packet. 

PS I use a similar mix for Chili lime rubbed meat and fish. Use just a little to sprinkle all over your protein and squeeze juice of a couple limes on and let it sit for 20 min before cooking. Awesome on shrimp or mahi mahi.]]></description>
