Menu Plan Monday is a list of homemade meal ideas. Each menu comes with six dinners and one dessert recipe!

Okay, friends. I’m posting Menu Plan Monday #130 early because I have a fabulous recipe and giveaway coming tomorrow! I’m really excited about this one, so be sure and stop back by the blog! 😀

As for the menu, you’ll notice it has a lot of comfort foods on it to get me through the week. My Dad was admitted into the hospital last week for heart and kidney failure. 🙁 He’s only 61 years old so it’s been kind of a shock and blow to my siblings and I. They have him on lots of medicines and trying to get him a little stronger so they can run more tests. We’re hoping to find out more this week. If you could say a little prayer for him it would be forever appreciated.

So let’s get on with the weekly meal plan. As you know, Monday nights are a favorite for comfort foods. My Chicken Noodle Casserole fits that bill! And I’ll be dreaming of the Rocky Road Brownies until Sunday when I serve them for dessert!

  1. Hi, Holly! I’m relatively new to Life in the Lofthouse, but I’m really liking your recipes and presentation. Just want you to know that I’m praying for your Dad and your family as you go through this difficult time of illness. May God’s peace bring calm assurance to your hearts and may His power be displayed in your father’s body!
    Blessings to you.

      1. Holy, I will pray for your father! My father has a heart disease for a couple years now but is keeping strong.
And PS: thank you for wonderful job, many of your recipes are my family’s favourites
