Hi friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #184. 🙂 My kids are out of school all week for spring break recess so we have some fun plans ahead of us. We’ll be heading to the recreation center for lots of swimming, play-dates with friends, a birthday party, and my girls and I are getting pedicures. Yay for spring break!
The weather has been SO nice here in Southern Utah. I am lovin’ it! We soared in the high 70’s all weekend with sunny and clear skies. It was perfect, and so much better than the ice cold air I dealt with in New York. ha! I’m so happy nice weather is finally here. I want to have lots of barbecues this spring/summer in our backyard with friends. I just need to find me some cute patio furniture first. 🙂
