It is getting COLD outside! All it makes me want to do is curl up with a blanket and eat something warm and comforting. That’s why this week’s menu plan has a lot of delicious comfort food on it. 🙂
The Mini BBQ Cheddar Meatloaves are one of my personal favorites. I love the cheesy surprise center and the barbecue flavors in it. It’s a nice change from ketchup-based meatloaf. I’m also making my Slow Cooker Creamed Corn to serve with it. Yum!
