Menu Plan Monday is an easy dinner menu filled with six dinner recipes and one dessert. All of the recipes are tried and true favorites at our home!
Everyone has their favorite protein they like to cook with. Some go for beef while others prefer cooking with seafood. The one I incorporate the most is chicken. It’s by far the most versatile and is a great base for most dishes. For this week’s Menu Plan Monday, I want to share some of my family’s favorite chicken recipes!
First, the Bajio Chicken Chile Salad is phenomenal. It’s sweet with just the right amount of heat, and the dressing is amazing. I craved it a lot when I was pregnant, but when the restaurant left my hometown, I absolutely had to recreate it.
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken is best served over rice or noodles. My kids can’t get enough of this dinner! It’s easy, healthy, and totally yummy!
Last but not least, the Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches need to be made for your next spring picnic. These sandwiches are full of textures and flavors. Served on a buttery flakey croissant, you’ll be transported to Paris as you enjoy an afternoon meal in the sun. 😉
