Menu Plan Monday is a list of six dinners and one dessert idea.

Sometimes you just crave certain foods, and there is no shame in satisfying those cravings. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am sharing what I consider to be at the top of my personal favorites list. I love every single recipe that I share on my blog, but there are certain ones that stick out for me that I just adore!

First off is my Szechuan Chicken. I am sure that most of you thought I was going to write about some sort of taco or Mexican dish, but no. This recipe is one that I hold near and dear to my heart. I created it with a friend of mine from back in the day.

When it comes to something light, bright, and flavorful I will always turn to my recipe for The Best Strawberry Chicken Salad. It has everything I crave in the spring and summer time, right down to the poppyseed dressing.

Now for dessert, Easy No Bake Cheesecake will always be a favorite of mine. I adore a slice of New York cheesecake, but I’m on the other side of the country. This recipe not only satisfies that craving but it also saves my bank account from buying a plane ticket. This recipe is one of the easiest desserts to make. Only a small list of ingredients is needed, and a freezer to put it in. It is fabulous in so many ways.
