Hi friends! It’s Monday again, and time for this week’s menu. 🙂 Today is officially the last day of Summer. ( I still can’t believe it) Hello Fall, tomorrow! I love love love Fall. It is definitely my favorite time of the year. Cool, crisp air. The leaves changing color, and of course, Halloween! We decorated our house for Halloween last week. It’s so fun having the decorations up and talking about costume ideas. 😀
This Friday I’ll be making enough Taco Ranch Chili for 100 people! We’re having a fundraiser for my sister-in-law, Minda, who just had her kidney transplant. We’ll be selling bowls of chili and tons of baked goods! I’m hoping we raise a lot of money for her and her donor!
