I just discovered your site, and I'm amazed. So looking forward to creating a stress free week meal plan. Thanks for sharing. Is there a shopping list anywhere? I would be really helpful to me, if there would a weekly shopping list I can print and dash to the store. Other than that, what would be really, really helpful is you delivering the cooked meals :)

I just wanted to finally comment and say that I've been making your recipes over the years and, with the exception of a few here and there, enjoyed them. They are always unassuming, tasty, and easy for this working mom to prep and make. I also appreciate that the ingredients are ones you can find in almost any store - most of the time, I find I can use up whatever ingredients are left from a previous Life in the Lofthouse recipe for another one the next week. My husband doesn't like certain ingredients like sour cream, cream cheese, etc. (but they're some of my faves), but the recipes from here that incorporate those are so delicious that he ended up changing his mind and loving them anyway.

I've got the French onion beef casserole ready to eat for tonight. Thanks again!
