Hey guys! I have some exciting news to share, a long with this weeks menu 🙂 I’m sure most of you know that the last 7 years I have worked as a surgery scheduler for Ear, Nose and Throat Doctors. It has been an amazing job and I have learned so much. The Dr’s I work for are the greatest and have been the most supportive bosses.
Over the last 6 months I’ve been debating whether or not to quit my job. It’s been a reliable source of income and it’s been so great. The problem is, it’s full time and I don’t have the time to dedicate recipes and follow through on things with my blog. Last week things happened that made me realize it’s time to leave, so I gave them my notice. As of March 11th I will be a full time blogger!
I am beyond excited to be able to stay home and blog full time. I will be posting recipes more consistently and every Monday will have a menu plan. No more sporadic posts for me. I also have some more things in the works I am SUPER excited to tell you about. It should be soon!
A long with blogging full time soon, I’m most excited to be home more with my kids. That part of all this is the most important to me ♥ I’m so excited for this new chapter in my life!
Okay, let’s get this menu started! Here’s what I’ll be making this week:
Monday
Tuesday
Chef Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Wednesday
Homemade Fried Rice with diced Ham & Pineapple
Thursday
Friday
Saturday & Sunday
~Kitchen’s Closed~

I have to say that I am excited for you but at the same time so very sad not to be working with you anymore on the surgery schedule!! But I know you have a lot of fun things coming up and you will be with your family more, which is most important. Now that I have your blog, I will stay in touch this way!
