					<description><![CDATA[So, I don&#039;t like coconut but I trust you, Holly, more.  I made these tonight because I&#039;m also trying to eat healthy - and I cannot believe how delicious they are! They are probably a bit high in calories because of the peanut butter and honey, but they&#039;re better than straight chocolate or a donut.
