I do this in the crock pot all the time. I cook the chicken alone with a little chicken broth until fully cooked. I then shred it, then add all of the seasonings and honey, etc., then serve! So easy and so good!

Can the chicken, spices, honey and lime juice be thrown in a crockpot to be cooked together? Would any additional liquid need to be added if done this way?

We lined them up in a cookie sheet to bake. The best tacos ever!!!
