Yum! We have been making "Ranch Chicken" for a while now & I decided to make it into Chicken Parm. It was quite a hit. 4-5 chicken breasts butterfly-cut apart to be thinner, 1 Cube Butter-melted, 1 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese & 1 Cup Traditional Bread Crumbs & 3 TBS. H.V. Ranch mix. *Dip Chicken into butter & then into the other ingredients (pre-blended) then place in a buttered pan to bake @ 350' for 45 Minutes. Serve over noodle & favorite marinara. To die for!
