Hi Cassandra, yes you can definitely use chicken instead of pork chops. Boneless chicken cooks pretty fast in slow cookers in my experience. Over the years I have realized that, so if I were to do this now with chicken I would cook it on low heat for only 3 to 4 hours.]]></description>
