My family has been making the see’s fudge recipe for 2 generations. It’s just a bit too sweet for us so I lowered the sugar to 2 cups and it’s better. Makes a great gift, too.

No you don’t need to stir it the entire 7 minutes. But stay by it to watch it and to stir it periodically through out that time. 🙂
