I made this yesterday. It was excellent. Wonderful flavor. I cooked it on top of the stove instead of a slow cooker. I used rotisserie chicken, already cooked. Shreaded it and added it to the pot. I used a little less cumin and only one can of green chilies. I used Great Northern beans because that’s what I had. My husband loved it. I will definitely make it again.

Today I made this followed the recipe exactly it was so easy and so delicious. It was a different twist fom regular chili but so tasty. It was very filling. I will definitely be making this again. I already sent the recipe to my sister in law and she plans on making it tomorrow. I just love all the recipes you post. I have not had a bad one yet. Thanks

In reply to Lee Ferreira. Hi Lee! So happy to know you enjoyed it! If you'd like more spice then I would suggest adding another can or two of diced green chilies. You could also add just a bit of cayenne pepper! :)

This is soooo good. What would you do to spice this up a bit more?? My husband loves everything spicey and other than dousing it with Tobasco or something do you have any yummy ideas? Thanks for every idea you share.
