As a lead teacher at a middle school, I love to bake for my co-workers. This is an especially good time of year to take them extra treats because the end of the year can be stressful. Having disposable containers to use would mean that I wouldn’t lose my dishes and I can keep on baking! I plan to start with the banana cake, snickerdoodle blondies, cinnamon roll cake, chocolate chip cookie dough brownies and the bean dip. Aside from the many recipes of yours I’m still wanting to try I’d make a “Coconut” Cream Pie (made with Spaghetti Squash instead of Coconut) and Zucchini Cassarole (an amazing dish I serve instead of stuffing/dressing as it tastes just like it but is so much better for you).
