I made the recipe but I toned down the basil and added some thyme instead. I also added a large splash of red wine vinegar. I think next time I make it I would add red pepper flakes to the marinade because for me it needed a bit of zip. Also i have a soy allergy so I subbed coconut aminos.

Make sure you are cutting it against the grain, cutting a steak incor will result in tough meat

If you’re debating to make this do it! It’s so good you won’t need sauce. We’ve made it in a pan cut in small pieces and also left it WHOLE and grilled. It’s Amazing both ways. Thank you for sharing your recipe❤️
