So I had the Sweet Fire Chicken on my menu plan for tonight, but didn't feel like cooking. Instead, I left the recipe open on my laptop, which I placed in the kitchen, and asked Dearest Hubby to prepare dinner this evening. What he served tasted delicious, but was a little dry. I verbally went over the recipe with him after we ate, trying to suss out the problem, and discovered that HE FORGOT to make the sauce. E for effort, and all that. I can't wait to see how good this is when prepped properly! lol

My husband and I really enjoyed it. I adjusted the heat and used 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. I thought it came out perfect! :) I served ours alongside steamed broccoli. We will be making this one again. Thanks for great recipes.
