You can try any teriyaki sauce but the flavor will be slightly different. :)

I prefer the sweet teriyaki gourmet sauce, but the sweet and savory is just as delicious too! I have used both and can hardly taste a difference!

So there is a teriyaki flavor and a sweet and savory which one do you prefer In this recipe. I noticed in your WrItings of the recipe, you mention both teriyaki and sweet and SavOry. So thats why i ask. Thanks, linda jones

I made this as a veggie side dish to your baked sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls (pork instead of chicken...didn't want two chicken items). I used frozen stir fry veggies. Needless to say i made all three for less than 15.00 and had a ton of leftovers. My son said we need to have that at least once a month. It'll be a long time before i spend $ on take out again. Btw, for the egg rolls i used a bag of Dole's new asian chopped veggies...no chopping and a great variety of veggies. Love your blog and recipes. They are easy and economical.

What a beautiful blog, Holly! Just discovered you via Pinterest, and had to try the Szechuan Chicken. First time trying Mr. Yoshida's sauce, too. It rocks! Hubs and I thoroughly enjoyed. I used a little less chicken, added diced carrots & celery and fresh spinach. Bookmarked your website and will be back again and again. :-)
