I made these tonight, added a couple extra ingredients..corn and rotel….they were amazing and a huge hit, eve with my toddler and picky nephew. i will definitely be making them again

Your not using the aerated muffin tin, are you? I wondered for years why my pie bottoms were gooey til I realized I was putting an aerated pan under the pie pans.
