So it was the night before Thanksgiving and I wanted to make something for breakfast. But I'm a dad with limited cooking skills. I followed this recipe to a t however I did substitute the meat with the Maple sausage and chopped it up fine and spread it across the bottom. Then I added bacon on top of the cheese for the last 15 minutes. just did a trial run and it tastes amazing and I'm positive everyone will love it tomorrow. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Chris, thank you so much for this amazing comment. It's people like you, that inspire me to keep going! I can definitely understand what you went through, going back to work with a new baby. It was so hard working when my kids were so little. Thanks so much for your kind words. I will definitely come check out your blog!

I love this recipe. I love this blog. I love that all this has really worked out for you Holly. You deserve it. I remember when I had my son and while the hormones were regulating I was going back to work with a 12 week old...heartbreaking as it was I found guidance via your blog --- it helped me keep motivated.

So as I make your recipes, I share my experience on my little blog. I made this delicious tater tot casserole (made this many times before) but documented it for my blog:

I had a buch of frozen tater tots, but I had no idea on how to prepare them...then I thought I set my oven to 400 degrees forAproxx 30 minutes. That did the trick. Unfourtunatly, I had too many tater tots so much, they couldn't even fit in my freezer. Days, weeks went by, they were going bad. Out in next week's trash, they went! If I looked this recipe up sooner, I would have something to make them with. Instead of them being wasted. :-(
