Made this tonight and it turned out amazing! My daughter is taking leftovers to school tomorrow, which is a big deal lol.
Followed the instructions exactly. Added a little fresh pepper at the end. This recipe was delicious, creamy and had a little zing with each bite of sun dried tomato. Our new favorite and will definitely be in regular rotation in our house.

In reply to David. Oops. Sorry about that! Add the cooked chicken to the sauce with the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. I just fixed the recipe card so it states that. :)

At what point do I add the chicken> It’s currently sitting on a plate, tented to keep it warm. Should I add it along with the pasta?
