22pieceshash brown crowns (I use the Ore-Ida brand. But any hash browns will do)
10chicken nuggets (I use the 'Just Bare' brand)
2largeeggs
2Tablespoonsmilk
salt and pepperto taste
1/2cupColby-Jack cheese, shredded
parsley, for garnishoptional
Instructions
Cook hash browns and chicken nuggets according to their package instructions. (I cook them both together in the air fryer, so they are crispy and done at the same time.)
Meanwhile, heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Spray skillet with cooking spray then pour eggs in. Stir constantly until eggs are scrambled to your liking.
To make the bowls, divide hash browns evenly among two bowls. Then top each with 5 chicken nuggets and one scrambled egg. Top eggs with cheese and a sprinkle of parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
